As part of IFPRI's monthly series "Making a Difference," we showcase the impacts of the IFPRI-designed and Ministry-led Agriculture, Nutrition, and Gender Linkages (ANGeL) pilot project in Bangladesh in an interactive blog. Motivated by ANGeL's positive impacts, the Ministry of Agriculture approved scaling up the program nationwide. This represents the first time any government agency in Bangladesh used rigorous research-based results to justify a national program.
